Martins Farm residents enjoy a lap pool approximately 36’ x 80’ with depths ranging from 3’ to 5’. A small children’s pool is also available for toddlers. |

We also have two excellent tennis courts for our residents and their guests. Tennis players of all ages and skill levels call the courts home. These courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and can not be reserved. | |

Our community includes a playground area near the tennis courts for children. A new basketball court was added in 2007. This court has one goal on a court approximately 30’ x 50’. |
