Club house
The clubhouse can be reserved for parties, gatherings and social events on a first come first serve basis.
Neighborhood Pool
Martins Farm residents enjoy a lap pool approximately 36’ x 80’ with depths ranging from 3’ to 5’. A small children’s pool is also available for toddlers.
Tennis Courts
We have two excellent tennis courts for our residents and their guests. Tennis players of all ages and skill levels call the courts home. These courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and can not be reserved.
Playground
Our community includes a new playground (2020) area completely fenced in, near the tennis courts for children.
Picnic Area
We also have a new (2020) covered picnic area with 2 tables.
